This condo is on the north side of Lake Tahoe on the Nevada side. It is located one mile from Lake Tahoe.  

Winter vacations offer: skiing, sledding, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. It is a 30 minute drive to Heavenly, 20 minutes to Alpine Meadows, and 25 minute to Squaw Valley. Sledding for the kids is five minutes away. There are multiple places close by for Cross country skiing, and Snow shoeing on a moonlit night gives spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.

Summer vacations offer: golf, boating, swimming, fly fishing, river rafting, hiking, camping, mountain biking, shopping, multiple summer festivals, live Shakespearean plays on the Lake.
